More about Gary…
When he’s not involved in ESOP case management and negotiation and approval of ESOP transactions, Gary can be found on the golf course either in Ohio or in his travels around the country. When it’s not golf season, he spends his time cheering on his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes from his home in Columbus, Ohio. Gary received his undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and his graduate degree in law from THE Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Gary has spent the last 27 years of his career focusing on the management and resolution of ERISA and ESOP litigation—first for Plaintiffs, now for Defendants. Although he is no longer in the courtroom, he has no interest in retiring.
